Hand-selected "Grade A" quills, curated for their high-density bark and sweet, woody fragrance. These are not the brittle scraps found in standard packs; they are robust, thick-walled quills that have been preserved in their whole form to ensure the essential oils remain trapped within the fibers.

Unlike mass-market cinnamon sold in random, varying lengths with hidden debris inside the curls, every Diara quill is precision-cut. This process allows us to manually inspect the Internal Layer Density of every piece. By removing the brittle, papery outer ends and focusing only on the oil-rich "Heart of the Bark," we ensure that every gram in the jar provides a consistent, heavy-duty aromatic release.

Capillary Aromatic Trigger. By cutting the quills to a uniform length, we expose the internal capillaries of the bark. This allows for a Dual-Phase Infusion: the cut ends provide an immediate aromatic burst when hitting hot oil or water, while the dense, lignin-heavy walls of the quill provide a "slow-tail" flavor release throughout the Dum or simmering process.

NOSE

Deeply woody, sweet, and comforting with a bright, sun-dried spice top note.

PALATE

An immediate, velvety sweetness followed by a warm, lingering spice and a subtle, citrus-like undercurrent.

COLOUR

Deep Raw Sienna. A rich, multi-tonal brown with warm copper undertones. The interior of the quills shows a lighter, "Toasted Bark" hue, indicating a fresh, non-oxidized core.
