A true Garam Masala should elevate a dish, not overpower it. This is a highly calibrated, aromatically dense blend of 22 premium whole spices. Ground with exacting discipline to preserve delicate volatile oils, it delivers a sophisticated, layered warmth that acts as the perfect finishing touch for high-end culinary applications.

While standard masalas rely on 5–7 basic spices, our Batch Master Blend utilizes 22 distinct, whole grade botanicals including high-value Kesar and Nagkeshwar. Most pre-packaged blends are bulked with cheap fillers like excessive coriander or cumin husks. We take a different approach; by processing in strictly limited small batches, we ensure the delicate volatile oils of premium pods and barks are preserved, providing a multi-layered depth that cannot be replicated by industrial-scale blending.

A calibrated master blend of 22 premium whole spices, toasted and ground in small batches to preserve their essential oil density:
Primary Aromatics: Green Cardamom, Masala Elaichi (Black Cardamom), Laung (Clove), Badiyan (Star Anise), Javitri (Mace), and Kesar (Saffron).
Warm Anchors: Dalchini (Cinnamon), Kalamiri (Black Pepper), Jaifal (Nutmeg), Kababchini (Cubeb Pepper), and Nagkeshwar (Cobra Saffron).
Earthy Bases: Dhaniya Green (Coriander), Jeera (Cumin), Shah Jeera (Caraway), Soonth (Dry Ginger), and Tej Patta (Bay Leaf).
Regional Specialties: Byadgi Mirchi, Kashmiri Mirchi, Dagadful (Stone Flower), Trifala (Teppal), Lavang Patta, and Kasuri Methi.
